Indonesian Crop Circle

Melody told me about this .

A 70-meter-wide crop circle was reportedly spotted on Monday, January 24, 2011 in a rice field in Sleman, Yogyakarta in Indonesia.

According to reports, the pattern looks like an intricately designed flower. It appeared in the middle of the green paddies and has drawn so much attention to thousands of curious visitors.

The cause of the crop circles is not yet clear and has been rumored that it might be a UFO trace.

“The circles were there since yesterday morning. I think they were left by an alien space ship, like one I saw in TV. It is impossible that this was made by the wind or any animal,” Krasakanresident Cahyo Utomo said on Monday.

Meanwhile, some residents said that they saw a tornado on Saturday evening and have seen traces in their fields the following day. However, according to Budi Waluyo, head of the Meteorology, Climatology and Geology Agency in Yogyakarta, there were no records of tornado in the province or its surrouding areas on Saturday and Sunday. He also added that even if a tornado did occur, it would leave a distinctive snaking trail, not a crop circle.

Reports said that, police officers have decided to block the area with a yellow tape, while farmers have fenced off the area to prevent their fields from being trampled by sightseers.

Furthermore, villagers reportedly charging entrance fees for those who wanted to see the area. It was also said that there were vendors who are selling pictures of the crop circle.

According to Thomas Djamaluddin, head of the atmospheric sciences and chief of astronomy research at theNational Aeronautics and Space Agency, “we will not send investigators to the scene because we suspect thecrop circle involves human invention, not natural phenomena, nor scientific phenomena associated with outer space creatures commonly referred to as aliens.”

Cypripedium Reginae 

The Showy Lady's-slipper (Cypripedium reginae), also known as the Pink-and-white Lady's-slipper or the Queen's Lady's-slipper, is a rare terrestrial temperate lady's-slipper orchid native to northern North America.

The plant has probably always been rare and although it produces a large amount of seeds per seed pod, it reproduces largely by vegetative reproduction.^[2] Although never common, this rare plant has vanished from much of its historical range due to habitat loss. It has been a subject of horticultural interest for many years with Charles Darwin being one of the people who, unsuccessfully, tried cultivating the plant. The plant became the state flower of Minnesota in 1902, and it became protected by state law in 1925. It is illegal to pick or uproot a showy lady slipper flower in Minnesota. The lady's-slipper is also the state wildflower of New Hampshire.

It thrives in neutral to basic soils and prefers growing in fens. Historically, it was difficult to raise and responded poorly to tissue culture efforts until in the late 1990’s substantial progress was made in axenic culture of the plant from sterile seeds. ^[1][2][3] Since the plants reproduce vegetatively by rhizomes, they survive indefinitely. They typically flower in late June and early July. Usually, there are one or two flowers per stem, but there can be three or four. The stem has a hairy appearance, and the "hairs" can cause irritation to some people.

Although this plant was originally chosen as the provincial flower for Prince Edward Island in 1947, it was so rare on the island that another Lady's-slipper, C. acaule (moccasin flower or pink lady slipper), has replaced it as the province's floral emblem.

Cattleya Trianae

Cattleya trianae (Lindl & Rchb. fil), also known as Flor de Mayo ("May Flower") or "Christmas Orchid" ^[1], is a plant belonging to the Orchidaceae family. It grows as an epiphytic orchid, withsucculent leaves, endemic to Colombia where it was nominated as the National Flower in November 1936. That year, the National Academy of History of Argentina asked the Latin American countries to participate in an exhibition with the representative flowers of each country. The Colombian government gave the botanist Emilio Robledo the task to designate the most representative flowering plant of the country.

The choice of Cattleya trianae was made for two main reasons:

• The lip is yellow, blue and red, in the same way as the Colombian flag.
• The species was named after the 19th century Colombian botanist Jerónimo Triana.

The species grows at 1500–2000 meters above sea level, in Cloud forests. It is presently an endangered species due to habitat destruction.

The diploid chromosome number of C. trinae has been determined as 2n = 40. the haploidchromosome number has been determined as n = 20.^[2]

Miltonia Spectabilis

Miltonia spectabilis, the Outstanding Miltonia, is a species of orchid occurring in extreme eastern Brazil and has been erroneously reported to occur in Venezuela.^[1] It is the type species of the genus Miltonia.

Darwinia Meeboldii 

Darwinia meeboldii (Cranbrook Bell) is a shrub which is endemic to the south-west of Western Australia.^[2] It has an erect and straggly habit, growing to between 0.5 and 3 metres high.^[2] The bracts around the flowers form a pendent "bell" which is usually white with red tips.^[3] A group of 8 small flowers are concealed inside. These are primarily produced between August and November.^[2][3]

It occurs on peaty soils on slopes in the western part of the Stirling Range National Park.^[2][4]

Thelymitra Ixioides

Thelymitra ixioides, known as the Spotted Sun Orchid is a common plant in eastern and southern Australia. Leaves are thin or lanceolate, up to 20 cm long.^[1] A small plant with spotted flowers, forming from August to January. Usually blue, but sometimes violet. It grows in eucalyptuswoodland or heathland.

TERJEMAH AYAT

Dengan nama Allah , Yang Maha Pemurah , lagi Maha Penyayang . Segala puji bagi Allah , Tuhan yang memelihara dan mentadbirkan sekalian alam . Yang Maha Pemurah , lagi Maha Penyayang . Yang Menguasai hari Pembalasan ( hari Akhirat ) . Engkaulah sahaja ( Ya Allah ) yang kami sembah , dan kepada Engkaulah sahaja kami memohon pertolongan . Tunjukkanlah kami jalan yang lurus , iaitu Ijalan orang-orang yang Engkau telah kurniakan ni'mat kepada mereka , bukan ( jalan ) orang-orang yang Engkau telah murkai , dan bukan pula ( jalan ) orang-orang sesat .

In the name of Allah , Most Gracious , Most Merciful . Praise be to Allah, Lord of the Worlds. Most Gracious , Most Merciful . The King Day of Judgement ( Judgement Day ) . Thee ( alone ) we worship , andThine aid we seek. Show us the straight path, the Ijalan those whom Thou hast bestowed favors on them , not the ( path ) of those whoearn Thine anger nor of ( path ) of those lost .

HURAIAN AYAT

THE DESCRIPTION SECTION

بِسْمِ اللّهِ الرَّحْمـَنِ الرَّحِيم

Ayat Pertama ini menggabungkan nama-nama Allah Yang Maha Agung , iaitu Allah , Ar-rohman dan Rohim . Ayat ini juga dikenali dengan kalimah Bismillah . Membaca ayat ini akan menambahkan keimanan kita kepada Allah kerana setiap kali kita menyebutnya , kita menyakini bahawa tidak akan berlaku sesuatu perkara itu melainkan dengan izin Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala . Oleh itu , kita hendaklah memulakan setiap pekerjaan yang baik dengan bacaan Bismillah . 

First Sentence combining the names of Allah, the Almighty, the God,Ar-rohman and Rohim. This verse is also known by the wordBismillah. Reading this section will increase our faith in Godbecause every time we call, we believe that things will not happenunless with the permission of Allaah. Therefore, we should startevery good work with reading Bismillah.


الْحَمْدُ للّهِ رَبِّ الْعَالَمِين

Ayat Kedua menjelaskan bahawa semua pujian hanyalah untuk Allah , iaitu Tuhan yang menciptadan berkuasa ke atas segala yang ada di langit dan di bumi . Pujoan ini sesuai dengan sifat-Nya sebagai ( Rabbi ) yang bererti pencipta , pemelihara , pelindung dan pendidik bagi segala ciptaan-Nya . 

The second paragraph explains that all the praises are for Allah, theGod who menciptadan power over all things in heaven and on earth.Pujoan is in accordance with his nature as a (Rabbi), which meansthe creator, preserver, protector and educator of all His creation.

 الرَّحمـنِ الرَّحِي

Ayat Ketiga menerangkan bahawa pemeliharaan , perlindungan dan pendidikan yang dikurniakan oleh Allah tehadap makhluk-Nya kerana sifat-Nya yang Maha Pemurah dan Maha Penyayang .

Third paragraph explaining that the care, protection and educationare given by God towards His creatures because of the nature of His Most Gracious and Most Merciful.

مَـالِكِ يَوْمِ الدِّين

Ayat Keempat bermaksud Allah ialah raja pada hari Pembalasan ( hari Khiamat ) kerana pada hari tersebut tidak ada suatu pun kerajaan lain yang wujud salian kerajaan-Nya . 

Fourth verse means Allah is the king on the day of Judgement (the Day Khiamat) because on that day no one is there any other government transliteration of his kingdom.

إِيَّاك نَعْبُدُ وإِيَّاكَ نَسْتَعِين

Ayat Kelima menjelaskan bahawa Allah sahaja yang layak kita sembah dan memohon segala pertolongan kerana semua makhluk bersifat lemah . 

Fifth paragraph explains that God alone is worthy of all our worshipand seek help because of all the creatures are weak.

اهدِنَــــا الصِّرَاطَ المُستَقِيمَ

Ayat Keenam menerangkan bahawa setiap mukmin hendaklah sentiasa berdoa kepada Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala agar diberikan petunjuk ke jalan yang lurus dan diredhai-Nya .

Sixth paragraph explains that every believer must always pray toAllaah to be guided to the right path and blessed him .

صِرَاطَ الَّذِينَ أَنعَمتَ عَلَيهِمْ غَيرِ المَغضُوبِ عَلَيهِمْ وَلاَ الضَّالِّين

Ayat Ketujuh mengajar umat Islam sentiasa memohon kepada Allah agar mereka terhimpun ke dalam golongan orang-orang yang diberikan ni'mat , iaitu mereka yang mengikut perintah Allah dan meninggalkan larangan-Nya dan bukannya dari golongan orang-orang yang dimurkai Allah , iaitu mereka yang ingkar dan melakukan larangan-Nya dan sesat dari ajaran Islam .

Seventh verse teaches Muslims always to ask God for themmustered into the ranks of those who provided favors, namely thosewho follow the commands of Allah and His ban leaves instead of theperson who incurred the Wrath of God, that those who reject and toban him, and strayed from the teachings of Islam.
